Mint Condition

I was in on a patio full of church ladies. "What can you do with mint?" One asked. "Tea!" Suggested one. "Mojitos!" Shouted another. (I love my church ladies.) "Garnish!" was heard. And then silence. No one had any other uses the most tasty, refreshing, easy-to-grow herb. I was confounded, and excited. I was going to grow some mint, 
and find more ways to use it.

I use this story as the inspiration for this page...finding yummy uses for things we already have in the house, creating unique flavors by combining familiar ingredients, making up stuff.
