Take a gander at these luxurious chocolates from Promise Me Chocolate. The company has gotten lot of attention from event planning magazines, for obvious reasons. They offer truffles, solid chocolates, and mint patty gems as well as actual chocolate rings. I think they are fabulous! I suppose, after all these years, colorful gem stones still capture my imagination. Particularly edible ones.
